The former over spill car park for the Jolly Butcher pub in Staines was secured by Cube4 director Dan Reynolds in 2014. Local designer & planning consultant Rob Cole achieved planning consent & after securing funding from Lloyds Commercial Bank, construction began in June 2014.
This development consisted of 3, 3 bed, 2 bath detached houses. Each house was designed to be eco-friendly using a heat pump system for efficient heating and hot water and finished to a stunning standard. These were all sold and achieved higher than expected sales.
