5 Flat Conversion
This project involved a joint venture with the Social Club (freeholder). Architect, Robert Davis John West achieved planning consent to convert the two upper floors into 5, one-bedroom flats. The building dates back to 1854 and is locally listed, so great care went into replacing the roof and structure & remodelling works, whist maintaining the architecture of this 19th century building. Sound proofing was also a big part of this project due to the potential noise the social club may create. An extensive acoustic detail had to be implemented to meet all current building regulations. This project safeguarded the social club for future generations whilst providing superb living accommodation at this fantastic location.
If you have land or property that you believe has development potential, please get in touch. We would be willing to make a very competitive offer should you be interested. We are flexible and are always prepared to negotiate different types of purchase agreement that suit both parties. As we did in the past with the Inverness Social Club, we are also open to discussing joint venture opportunities.
