Current Project
The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the existing single storey / part 2 storey rear extension in order to provide 2 x 2 Bedroom duplex apartments with terrace, part green roof and PV panels. Further refurbishment works will be carried out to the existing ground floor commercial unit and apartment above.
